Power Generation:

Biomass

The dust generated by biomass plants is primarily fly ash. These types of plants are subjected to environmental scrutiny because they are typically located in heavily areas, with neighbors that closely monitor the effectiveness of the filtration and scrubbing populated process.

Gas Turbine

The blades of the gas turbine and other systems that produce electricity from natural gas are costly. This equipment draws in air through inlet filter houses, mixes the air with natural gas and then this combination is used to generate electricity using a gas turbine.

Industrial Boiler

HL Filter's products help reduce particulate matter from the emission stream

Utility Boiler

Coal-fired utility boilers generate fly ash, a fine, powdery substance that can be very abrasive. These boilers are subject to strict environmental regulations including the MACT and MATS standards.

Waste to Energy

Energy recovery from waste is the conversion of non-recyclable waste materials into useable heat, electricity, or fuel through a variety of processes.
