High Flow Pleated Felt Filter Bags

The filter bag is constructed of dual-sided extended life felt. It features 2.4x additional surface area for high particle holding capacity and long operational life. Pleated bag elements have high flow capacity, high efficiency and inside to outside flow. By increasing the surface area through pleating and incorporating multiple layers of media, the pleated bag design provides far longer life and superior particle holding capacity when compared to a standard non-pleated bag.

All seams are fully welded, producing strong, reliable joints with no by-pass or loose sewing thread. Seams are both strong and flexible, allowing the filter bag to form to the restrainer basket. The seam edges are heat sealed, eliminating possible loose fibers. This results in a filter bag with durable performance for the most demanding applications.
