The high density of small diameter fibers compared to that of a standard needle felt enhances particle retention, leading to superior, highly effective and efficient filtration. The fully welded, multi-layered construction provides an exceptional depth of filter media and long service life. The bags are used for those critical applications when highly efficient operation and effective particle holding capacity is required.
All seams are fully welded, producing strong, reliable joints with no by-pass or loose sewing thread. Seams are both strong and flexible, allowing the filter bag to form to the restrainer basket. The seam edges are heat sealed, eliminating possible loose fibers. This results in a filter bag with durable performance for the most demanding applications.
Material: polypropylene (PP) microfibers
Micron Ratings: 0.5-100μ
Made of polypropylene superfine fibers, which have more chemical stability and capability of capturing particles and absorbing hydrocarbons (oil)
Special pore gradient multilayer structure consists of up to 12 layers including a coarse pre-filter layer, a complex arrangement of final filter layers, and an outer cover providing a long operational life and absolute filtration
A coarse melt blown pre-filter layer is present, to give high particle holding capacities and protection to the finer filtration layers, prolonging the filter bag’s operational life
A cover layer virtually eliminates any downstream fiber migration.
Large filtration area
Broad range of chemical compatibility
High performance and lower cost alternative to cartridge filters
Welded seam construction eliminates liquid bypass
Optimum efficiency up to 99.9%
