Polyester (PE) Needle Felts Polyester (PE) Needle Felts

Using the highest quality fiber materials and world-class needling techniques and equipment, HL Filter manufactures a wide range of Poylester PE needle punched felts with high dust-holding capacity and good air permeability. The Polyester media most commonly used and cost effective filter felt in modern pulse jet style baghouses. It is frequently used as a mixed felt of PE/PAN.

Most versatile, cost effective, and widely used

With good air permeability and also can be adjusted by customers' specific request

With high tensile strength and low tensile elongation

Provides an economical combination of good resistance to chemicals and excellent abrasion resistance.

Good for dry heat applications and superior to other synthetics with the exception of Nomex (Aramid) and PFTE (Teflon) in this matter.

Good choice for moist heat and subject to hydrolytic degradation under certain circumstances

Good resistance to most mineral and organic acids except high concentration of nitric, sulfuric, and carbolic acids

Good resistance to weak alkalis and moderate resistance to strong alkalis at low temperature.

Not recommend for high concentration of strong alkalis at high temperatures.
